Note* Each project is different. KRC
will try to eliminate as much client intervention as possible by providing
services such as Materials purchasing, delivery, inspection, debris removal,
subcontracted preparation work, and/or oversight for any project as requested by
the client.
- New Construction/Fabrications
-
NEW - To erect/fabricate/ or construct to specification where
no prior entity existed. KRC employs skilled Designers,
Framers, Carpenters, Masons, Electricians, Plumbers and Roofers that
will perform all manner of construction services according to the
Indiana Residential Code and the Local Building Authority for your
specific jurisdiction. We build houses, garages, pole barns, steel
buildings, porches, storage sheds, patios, decks, sidewalks, privacy and
chain link fences, and custom backyard playhouses. (We even build an
occasional doghouse now and then)
- Remodeling

No job is too small or too large. KRC will
remodel according to the clients wishes that which the client feels
compelled to alter, remove, replace, or upgrade. Inside or outside
projects, Commercial and Residential. All manner of construction
is performed by this company. KRC is certified in lead safety
and containment issues regarding housing built prior to 1978. (Sorry , we do
not perform lead or asbestos abatement and, to avoid fines, you should
always make sure anyone who does this for you is certified in that specific
field)
- Damage Inspections for Insurance Estimates

KRC provides damage inspection services and written
repair estimates for insurance claims. KRC provides
structural, utility, and upgrade code inspections, weatherproofing,
insulation, and fire damage inspections.
- Professional "In-House" Construction design
and Blueprints

KRC utilizes powerful software technology and more
than 6 years of formal training to produce and implement custom designs and
engineering for both remodel and new construction projects. Custom
blueprinting and 3-D renderings are standard for our new construction
projects or fabrications necessary during a remodel. (Sample designs are
available and our design services are FREE if you are using our service to
get it built!) All KRC designs remain KRC property. Clients may
purchase a specific design, in which case that design will be maintained on
file for reference only and never reproduced again, providing you exclusive
ownership. It should also be noted that the Local Building
Authority must approve any new construction design before implementation.
- Oversight Contracting for multiple projects

KRC can provide oversight for your construction or
remodel project. When you feel like the job is getting too big for you to
manage.. and it may be time to call a professional project manager,
KRC is at your service! We can execute all of your project
contracting and manage the progress of each contractor for you.
Scheduling contractors is a potential nightmare when deadlines must be met,
backorders are piling up, and "lead time" is a concept you do not understand
how to schedule. Coordinating schedules and managing production is something
we do every day. (We know what a mess it can be and we know how to fix it)
