Privacy Fence Installations

 
This lady (A current KRC client)  just spent $5,000 on a new pool and had limited funds, however the local building ordinance demanded she install an 80 foot privacy fence.  ...KRC built this one for $100.00 plus materials.

This fence was a quick install of pre-fab privacy fencing performed on an emergency request. The panel sections were relatively inexpensive and solved the immediate problem with the city ordinance.

Pricing:  This project was a discount rate and an emergency response to an existing KRC client. Cost and response were exceptional due to the magnitude of construction and expense ongoing for this client. Typical pricing under normal conditions for this type of privacy fence is approximately $25.00 per every 8 ft section including posts, gates, and any hardware.

Patio and integrated pool decks

This design specifies a 14' X 16' laterally planked patio deck using 5/4 radius edge treated deck planking and treated structural support.  The patio deck is integrated with a 6' X 8' elevated pool deck, comprised of the same materials and hardware. Total materials cost was $987.00 for the lumber and hardware.  The design itself was necessary and, therefore, was not charged to this client and remains the property of KRC. (The design for this and any KRC project is for sale by copy or with exclusive ownership rights) The "boxed" stairway construction provides for stability, strength, and longevity, integrating both decks effectively and eliminates muddy feet after a swim or mud in the pool filters on the way in.

The completed deck project, built to outlast the guarantee, will provide utility for many years.  Set 31" deep in concrete (per IRC regulations) and girder supported joists insure that our decks don't flex !    Also notice the added concealment for the pump and filter assembly.

Key Benefits:

• Low cost: Total project cost was under $1,500.00 (You cannot buy a pre-designed, prefabricated kit for less !
•  Quick Assembly and readily available materials:  Project assembly time was a matter of a few days for each deck level. Materials were "shopped" for lowest cost possible. (Personally hand picked lumber and delivered by KRC)
• Functionality: the deck is providing safe and appropriate egress to and from the pool, as well as cover protection for the pump assembly from hail, sunlight and windblown debris. The provision of a vantage point from which to observe swimmers was crucial for this client as small children would need supervision. The upper deck overhangs and is open at the pool side providing quick access to the pool.  We suggest adding a gate to the stairway providing additional safety.
• Quality: This client has agreed to provide a reference for KRC and is quite pleased with her new deck which is guaranteed for five years under KRC's company policy regarding workmanship. Basically, she has five years to discover any defects. 
• Follow up: To date Mrs. Peterson has provided KRC with several project references which resulted in successful contracts and has repeatedly contracted more projects with our service. By doing so, she has secured our discount rates for any future projects.
